  1. Nice to see a positive post about onions. I love my onions! Curious about the skin benefits, is that from applying to the skin or ingesting? I find raw onion smoothy (with carrots and a few other ingredients) helps with at the onset of a cold.

    1. Thanks Kim. Onion is beneficial to the skin both by ingestion and surface application. However for treatment and maintenance of the skin, usually the face in most cases, onion juice can be applied as a face mask, leave for some minutes and rinse off, it can be combined with honey or tomatoes face masks as well.
